Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

Morning Drop Off 

(no earlier than 7:40am)

Grades TK/K (Mrs. Nicholls, Mrs. Barnhizer/Mrs. Besanceney)

Drop off your child on Santa Clara Street.  All TK/K students will enter the Cafeteria in the mornings as early as 7:40am and will be supervised there until teachers pick up students at 8:00am. Breakfast will not be served before school.

Grades 1-5

Drop off your child at any entrance (Santa Clara, Ann or Main St.) as early as 7:40. Students will report directly to the playground to be picked up by teachers at 8:00am. 

Afternoon Pick Up

Grades TK/K/1 (Mrs. Nicholls, Mrs. Barhnizer/Mrs. Besanceney, Mr. Garrood)

Pick up your child on Santa Clara Street. Students will be waiting outside the classrooms facing Santa Clara Street and will be dismissed when a parent/guardian has arrived (by car or by foot). 

Grade 2/3 & Grade 3  (Mr. Larson, Mrs. Hallahan)

Pick up your child on Ann Street. A teacher/supervisor will be waiting with your child on Ann Street for pick up. 

Grades 4-5 (Mrs. Hutchins, Mr. Bakody)  

Your child may choose to be picked up at any of the 3 entry/exit locations on Santa Clara, Ann or Main Street.
